Returns 

You can return anything you purchased from www.memorykeys.net for credit, exchange or refund.

The only exception are:

- Gift cards
- Mini-sampler fragrances

Please include all your contact information, order number if available and a brief note explaining the resolution you would like; refund, store credit, or of an exchange, please specify what products and size you would like as replacements.

Fragrances
Please do not send your purchased fragrances back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
